Croissants with nuts and chocolate paste

  • 1 I'm using an already prepared elephant blade testo (in 1 package 2 plates). Recreate layers by 2 rectangles of about 30x15 cm.
  • 2 Cut rectangles on triangles (from one test plate to 5-6 triangles). Make cuts on the basis of each triangle of between 2 and 3 cm (in picture).
  • 3 Starting the cut at the base, put your nuts on.
  • 4 Turn the croissant from the lower corners to the top (the cut on the bottom is necessary for the fixing and keeping it inside the croissant).
  • 5 Put the croissants on the pergament, put the cinnamon down, and send them to the pre-lightened 180 degrees of the spiritual closet for 15-20 minutes.
