  • 1 First, we'll prepare our main ingredient, we'll have a few small cuts on our hips so that the Marinade can get better. For wings, for your discretion, the cuts may not be made.
  • 2 After we make a marinade, we'll clean the forehead, we'll cut it with small pieces. Clear the garlic and press it. We laugh all ingredients in the same tank.
  • 3 It's good to lose the marinade in the chicken, cover the lid and put it in the fridge for at least an hour. It's best 4-6 hours, you can leave it for 24 hours.
  • 4 Put the pieces on the top of the aerogram. Spread the marinade. Putting the rest of the onions on top of the chicken is, of course, it'll burn, but it'll give the crust extra taste. You can clean five minutes before the end of the preparations and get the crust to the stiff state.
  • 5 Prepared at 260-280 degrees. The time of preparation depends on the aerogram and your tastes. For wings, at least 20 to 25 minutes, for femur, at least 30 minutes. In my aerogril, you don't need to change if you need it, I recommend 2/3 of the expected time of preparation.
