Vegetable soup with the bow and eggs

  • 1 All vegetables shall be cut to pieces and welded (6 potatoes, 3 cables, 2-3 carrots, 1 bulb, 1/4 rolled colour cables).
  • 2 Add yolk and butter, toss it all down to the homogeneous mass of the pound. If desired, small cuts and/or pears may be added.
