Pig, buckle with apples

  • 1 Heated olive butter in the stoin (or just a deep pot).
  • 2 Cut the onion with the rings (better thin, so it's fastened).
  • 3 When the oil heats up, put the bow in the cellar.
  • 4 Cut the pork with small cubes.
  • 5 When the forehead gets soft and makes the juice, add the pig.
  • 6 Put 20 minutes on average. In minutes, add soy sauce.
  • 7 Cut the thin half-dollar green apples. Put the top layer over the meat in the stack.
  • 8 Toss on a slow flame for 20 minutes, apples will be completely soft and mixed with the softened onion.
  • 9 5 to 10 minutes before ready to add a laurel sheet, peppers and salt in taste (see that soy sauce has already added " salty " dish).
