  • 1 The pumps are clean from the skin, internal fibres and seeds, and cut with small cubes.
  • 2 In the cellar, the rug or the small pot of water, and we're throwing pumpkins. On average, 10 minutes without a cover on fire, then the smallest shout under the roof is 10 minutes before full, sometimes laughing.
  • 3 The ready pumpkin is dripped with a blender (possible to use a push or a fork). We call before we get a homogeneous smoothie.
  • 4 We use it immediately or we put the pepper in the tank. Store in the fridge for 1-2 days. We can freeze.
