Champion and potatoes

  • 1 The mushrooms need to be washed, removed the skin (I always clean it up, although I know that many do not do it - a matter of habit) and cut in medium-sized pieces, about 0.7 cm by 0.7 cm.
  • 2 We pour some oil in the deep pan, we put out all mushrooms and some salt. They have to hang on average with their own juice.
  • 3 It is now necessary to prepare meat: to do so we also cut it, like mushrooms, with medium-size pieces. In a separate receptacle, we add all the specials to the meat (the meat is not removed), a couple of drops of oil, and we mix it up, and we're gonna be 15-20 minutes.
  • 4 In the meantime, potato can be prepared: it needs to be cleaned and cut by large cubes, approximately cm.
  • 5 When the meat is standing, we add to the mushrooms and all the other 30 minutes together, water may be added if necessary.
  • 6 To meat and mushrooms, potato is now required. Now all can be sent again and for the last 20 minutes (before the potatoes are ready).
  • 7 We're gonna cut the greens and the garlic add to the rest of the product, mix it up, turn off the stove, and we're just gonna be a few minutes.
